Stayed during an overnight trip in a recently updated room. The manager and staff were friendly, the room was clean, and the pool area was enjoyable as well. Access to the area’s surrounding snowmobile trails could not have been any more convenient. Will certainly be booking a room again.
amazing place very nice to be in. The one thing is just the beds. They are very stiff also, the AC works amazing the staff was nice
Check-in was great. The staff member was friendly, knowledgeable about the area etc. and was kind enough to make restaurant recommendations. The hotel looked well kept from the outside. The room we had was neat & clean. The shower was great. There was soap, shampoo & conditioner and a hair dryer. Also, lots of fluffy towels. Our air conditioner did not work, but I am sure it would have been fixed if we notified the front desk. We just opened the window. There was coffee & tea after 8 a.m. but no food (cereal, bagels, toast etc.) Most of the hotels were we have paid that price have had something for breakfast.
We had an excellent time here. Room was clean and comfortable, shower was hot, and location was perfect! 5/25 update: room was certainly in need of updating. Overall, cheap enough for the area, but you have to be willing to overlook some things. Mildew in the shower (ceiling), window not opening, noisy neighbors. Really, no biggie. Again, Overall it was clean and comfortable. People who own/run the place are excellent. We'll be back
Came here for are honeymoon and we are not disappointed. Are room is clean and cozy.i love how at home I feel here. I love how the room is decorated. The fire place is cute and we love it. The heat works great. The Jacuzzi is wonderful so relaxing.the owners are nice and understanding. If you are interested old forge I definitely recommend this place:)
Clean, cute decor, quick and friendly check-in. Location is just outside the main strip which is how we prefer to stay as it keeps the location quieter and easy in/out. Slept comfortably, no noise issues. Didn't visit the pool, but it looked very nice.
We go here sooo often each year we should live here! Very awesome, professional and friendly staff like family. Highly recommend. The pool always just the perfect temperature. This place all around Should be rated as a Five Star hotel on Everything about it! We just went there 7/24/25 on our wedding Anniversary and special goodies to the General Manager Marie Martin for being so ch an Awesomely welcoming and accommodating person that we view as extended family! Long time maintenance person Josh is also an amazing person in all that he does to maintain and keep this van place running as a Five Star establishment!!
What a wonderful place and great staff. They were there for our needs. Everything was great. I am excited to come back next year. Love this place so very much.
